Marvipol sees Q4 drop in sales
POLAND Marvipol Development has reported its sales for Q4 and 2017. From October 1st until the end of December the developer sold 193 apartments and service outlets (down 6.8 pct y-o-y) and 765 units for the entire year (up 22 pct y-o-y).

Murapol takes over Mikołów plot
POLAND A subsidiary of Murapol has acquired the perpetual usufruct rights of a 1.8 ha plot in Mikołów in Silesia from the Mikołowska Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa housing cooperative.
