A dentist and a pharmacy – Vis à Vis
POLAND The first few tenants have been secured for the convenience centre in Warsaw’s Wilanów district. The centre, which is to be built at the junction of ul. Przyczółkowa and ul. Pałacowa, will include a dentist clinic (800 sqm) and a Cosmedica pharmacy (135 sqm).

Abra comes to Sosnowiec
POLAND Furniture retailer Abra has taken up over 6,000 sqm of warehouse and 228 sqm of office space in the Distribution Park Sosnowiec (DP Sosnowiec) logistics centre in Upper Silesia. The tenant signed a ten-year lease with Axi Immo Group brokering the deal.
