HUNGARY The demand for retail space in Hungary has increasingly been shifting towards high-street locations as most of the existing shopping centres in the country are now almost fully commercialised, according to the latest Retail Market View report by CBRE.

POLAND Wrocław now has 654,500 sqm gla in 18 shopping centres with a density of 821 sqm per 1,000 inhabitants – according to a report just published by Colliers International. On average there are now 43,890 local residents per shopping centre. The average annual purchasing power of the city’s inhabitants comes to PLN 41,890 per sqm of shopping centre
