KappAhl opens in Morena
POLAND Swedish fashion retailer KappAhl has leased 620 sqm of retail space in the Galeria Morena shopping centre in Gdańsk. The now 27,000 sqm Galeria Morena, which is owned by Carrefour, is currently undergoing the 6,000 sqm gla extension.

H&M to open 425 stores, further expand in CEE
WORLD H&M Group's store portfolio, which currently reaches 3,924 locations in 61 countries, is to be enlarged by 10-15 pct a year. In FY 2016 the company plans to open 425 new stores net.
Estonia the clear leader for Baltic retail
THE BALTIC STATES Estonia is the retail property leader and will continue to grow, according to a report by Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors, while Lithuania is experiencing moderate growth but many Latvian projects still remain on paper.
