POLAND Sportswear and sports equipment retailer Sports Direct has leased 1,660 sqm of space in the Galeria Metropolia shopping centre which is currently being developed in Gdańsk’s Wrzeszcz district.
Polish retail is not slowing down
POLAND About 700,000 sqm of retail space is scheduled to come onto the Polish market by the end of 2017, of which 450,000 sqm is expected to be completed in 2016, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s “Property Times” report.
