RSSEldorado leases space in SMAK
RUSSIA Consumer electronics retailer Eldorado has sub-leased 3,500 sqm from data centre provider IXcellerate in the SMAK class ‘A’ warehouse in Moscow’s Altufyevsky district.
Retail supply still growing in eastern Poland
POLAND In Q1 2014, the total shopping centre stock in Poland grew by 140,500 sqm with the opening of three centres (Atrium Felicity in Lublin, Galeria Amber in Kalisz and Galeria Siedlce in Siedlce) and now stands at 8.6 mln sqm gla, according to the latest report on the Polish retail market by JLL.

ROMANIA On April 10th, home improvement chain Jysk is to open a 1,200 sqm store in the Colosseum Retail Park in Bucharest, which has been developed by Nova Imobiliare. JLL represented the landlord during the negotiations.

Huge Biedronka in Zamość
POLAND Biedronka is to be the grocery anchor in the HopStop Zamość centre, which is currently under construction on ul. Sadowa, with a lease of 1,800 sqm. HopStop Zamość Sadowa will be a one-storey street mall with an area of 6,000 sqm located at the site of the former PKS bus terminal.
