POLAND The Atrium Reduta shopping centre in Warsaw is to be extended by more than 140 sqm to make room for an enlarged H&M store.
March launch for Galeria Dębiec
POLAND Construction work on the Galeria Dębiec shopping centre in Poznań is to begin this month.The 9,770 sqm complex is being developed by Red Real Estate on ul. 28 Czerwca 1956 r. near the Dębiński Forest and the Red Park estate, which is currently under construction.
Three Alma stores to take Bomi’s place
POLAND Delicatessen chain Alma is to open two stores in Klif shopping centres. One is to open in the centre on ul. Okopowa in Warsaw, while the other is to open in the Klif centre in Gdynia.
TK Maxx in Poznań City Center
POLAND TriGranit has signed a lease agreement with TK Maxx for the latter to open an outlet in Poznań City Center.
Bomi in liquidation
POLAND A court in Gdańsk has placed upmarket grocery chain Bomi into liquidation. Prior to the decision Bomi was in bankruptcy open to arrangements.
H&M opens in two Stop.Shops
HUNGARY Swedish clothes retailer H&M has signed two long term leases for app. 3,000 sqm of usable space in two Budapest Stop.Shop retail parks.
Bowling with Victoria
POLAND Victoria Sobol, the investor behind the Multicentrum Victoria shopping centre, currently under construction in Chojnice, has signed a contract with the MK Bowling chain for the operator to open a bowling alley and a club, occupying an area of 1,600 sqm in the centre.
LPP in Galeria Słowiańska
POLAND Stores for brands from the LPP group are to open in Galeria Słowiańska Carrefour in Zgorzelec. Mohito, Cropp and House are to be opened in Q1 and Q2 of this year.

POLAND Two brands of the Inditex group are to open stores in the Nowy Rynek shopping centre in Jelenia Góra. Stradivarius will occupy 400 sqm and Bershka will take up 600 sqm
Takko Fashion and Toys’R’Us choose Auchan
POLAND Takko Fashion has leased stores in two Auchan shopping centres in Silesia. The stores are to be opened in Katowice and Gliwice and will occupy 449 sqm and 378 sqm respectively.
Nine new stores in Galeria Solna
POLAND A number of new stores are to open in the Galeria Solna shopping centre in Inowrocław, including Esotiq, Lavard, Orange, Plus, Kolporter, Kornecki and furniture stores Antrax and Lawabo Meble.
All LPP brands in Gemini Park
POLAND All LPP brands (Reserved, Cropp Town, House, Mohito and Sinsay) are to have stores in the new extension to the Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała shopping centre, occupying a combined area of 3,300 sqm.
Reserved opens Osowa store
POLAND Reserved is to open a store of more than 740 sqm in the Osowa shopping centre in the TriCity.

POLAND Media Expert and CCC have leased some space in the Dekada Grójec shopping centre.
LPP to open shops in Łomianki
POLAND Two clothing brands from the LPP group are to open stores in the Auchan shopping centre in Łomianki.The Reserved and Mohito shops will occupy 1,600 sqm and 340 sqm respectively.
Danos helps negotiate 20,000 sqm in 2012
SERBIA Danos and Associates, an alliance member of BNP Paribas Real Estate, helped to negotiate the lease of 20,000 sqm of retail space in 2012.
Europa Centralna now open
POLAND The Europa Centralna retail centre has opened today (March 1st). The first stage of the project offers 67,000 sqm of space in a retail park and shopping centre.
Revenue growth for Auchan
EUROPE The Auchan group’s consolidated revenue increased by 5.8 pct to EUR 46.9 bln in 2012.
