LP Elektronik comes to Skwer Handlowy
POLAND Electronics retailer LP Elektronik is to open stores in two shopping centres owned by Scandinavian firm, Rece. Electronics stores are to open in Skwer Handlowy in Piotrków (80 sqm) and in Skwer Handlowy Grudziądz (107 sqm).

POLAND The Auchan Bielany retail park in Wrocław has been renovated. Its refurbished restaurant section and toilets have now been re-opened.
Warszawa Wileńska gains four brands
POLAND New tenants have leased over 700 sqm in the Warszawa Wileńska shopping centre. In September Tally Weijl leased 168 sqm in the centre while Gatta (87 sqm) and Bershka (300 sqm) are to open their stores in October.

POLAND At the end of H1 2012 shopping centre stock in Poland amounted to 9.18 mln sqm located in over 400 centres, with 240 sqm gla per 1,000 residents, according to figures from CBRE.

ROMANIA French retailer Interex, which is owned by Groupement des Mousquetaires-Intermarché, is to close all its stores and exit Romania, according to local media reports.
Echo makes Jelenia Góra deal
POLAND Echo Investment, the investor behind Galeria Sudecka in Jelenia Góra, has come to an agreement with the city authorities concerning the deadlines for the completion of construction work on the mall, as well as the redevelopment of the surrounding infrastructure.
