Hala Gwardii reopens
POLAND Hala Gwardii building in Warsaw was reopened on September 29th, an event that was attended by deputy mayor of Warsaw Michał Olszewski, and Krystyna Chami, who coordinated the Hala Gwardii project on behalf of CBR Events, which now runs the centre as well as by Paula Stamm from the Feliks Stamm Foundation, which was responsible for presenting the building’s boxing history.

Merks to rebuild Alfa
LATVIA The Linstow group has been appointed by Multi Corporation and has begun work on the 30,000 sqm expansion of the Alfa shopping centre in Riga in a total investment of EUR 55 mln. Merks has been appointed as general contractor for the extension.

POLAND NEPI Rockcastle has announced to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange that through its wholly owned subsidiary Tuvalu it has agreed to buy the Krokus and Serenada malls in Kraków from Mayland for an initial payment of EUR 249.4 mln.
