POLAND According to Colliers International, Poland has a total warehousing stock of almost 11 mln sqm.
Huge Auchan distribution centre in Domedodovo
RUSSIA Developer Radius Group is to build a 138,000 sqm distribution centre for Auchan Retail Russia in the South Gate Industrial Park in Domodedovo, a town just outside Moscow. According to the developer it is going to the biggest single-user building in Europe.

Jas-Fbg enters Centrum Logistyczne Kraków Kokotów-Brzegi
POLAND Logistics operator Jas-Fbg logistic has signed a 2,700 sqm lease, which includes a 2,500 sqm cross docking area, with 7R Logistic. The tenant is to move into the second building that is being developed in the Kraków Kokotów-Brzegi logistics centre in February 2017.
