RSSPEC Fund acquires Manhattan Business and Distribution Centre
POLAND CBRE Global Investors has completed the EUR 30 mln acquisition of the Manhattan Business and Distribution Centre in Warsaw on behalf of the Pan European Core Fund (PEC Fund) from Akron Investment Central Eastern Europe II, managed by Heitman International.
