ROMANIA New Europe Property Investments subsidiary NEPI Nine Investment Development has signed a purchase agreement with an undisclosed local Romanian company to buy 12.7 hectares in Galați.

Too little warehouse space in Moscow
RUSSIA The volume of new deliveries on the Moscow warehouse market in Q3 2012 amounted to 198,000 sqm, according to CBRE – around 100,000 sqm more than in the second quarter of the year.
