Panattoni is to build City Logistics Kraków I on the site of a former cement plant. The new industrial park will have an area of 36,500 sqm. The developer is also planning a park in Konin on the site of a former grain elevator.

Panattoni is to develop City Logistics Poznań I – a last-mile urban warehousing park in north-eastern Poznań. The developer has also revealed the identity of the first tenant: Polish muesli, porridge and similar health food producer OneDayMore.

For the first three quarters of 2020, the company made a consolidated net profit of PLN 149.3 mln, up 53 pct y-o-y. In the third quarter alone, net profit came to PLN 28.2 mln, which compares to PLN 40.6m in the third quarter of 2019.
