Spreadshirt to take 11,000 sqm in Legnica
POLAND Panattoni has launched the construction of 25,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Legnica, with 11,000 sqm of space to be taken up by online T-shirt retailer Spreadshirt, which is to move in in August.

BIK expands
POLAND In 2019 Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych (BIK) has announced that in 2019 it leased out 37,500 sqm of warehouse space and over 2,000 sqm were offices almost 40,000 sqm, which is almost four times the amount of space leased out in 2018.
