POLAND The foundation stone has been laid for the Wojewódzkie Centrum Biznesu i Przedsiębiorczości – the new headquarters of the Łódź Regional Development Agency (ŁARR) on ul. Narutowicza in Łódź.
The office building is being developed in the buildings of a historic factory and villa.
