Eiffage wins two Dom Development contracts

The third stage of Artistic Żoliborz (buildings ‘D’ and ‘E’) on ul. Powązkowska will comprise 228 apartments and should be completed in July 2015. The apartments will range in size between 35.6 sqm and ​​117.2 sqm and will be priced between PLN 7,590 and PLN 9,570 per sqm. The first two stages (223 apartments, five retail/service premises and 253 underground parking spaces) should be ready in the fourth quarter of this year. Eventually the estate will number 1,700 flats. Construction work on the first stage of Aura (buildings ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’) on ul. Grota-Roweckiego should be finished in August 2015. Both contracts were signed in February and are worth a combined PLN 82 mln.
