Topping off at JK51

The project on ul. Jana Kazimierza in Wola district involves the development of two buildings by Hochtief Polska, which is also constructing the estate. The first stage will include 163 apartments and four retail/service units located on the ground floor, as well as a one-level underground car park. The project has a total useable area of app. 8,400 sqm and offers apartments with areas ranging from app. 32 sqm to 77 sqm. The completion of the construction of the first stage is planned for the beginning of 2015. Meanwhile, the launch of the construction of the second phase is planned for Q3 of this year and its completion for Q2 2016. This will be a seven-storey building offering 111 apartments with areas ranging from 30 sqm to 69 sqm, three retail/service units on the ground floor with areas ranging from 86 sqm to 230 sqm on the ground floor as well as storage rooms of between 3 sqm and 9 sqm.
