POLAND Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin (or Modlin Airport) is planning to build a hotel with app. 90 rooms.
A tender to select an operator is to be announced soon. The opening of the new building, which is to be built near Modlin Airport, is set to take place in 2016. This month the airport is planning to prepare the tender, which will be for the lease of the construction site as well as the management of the hotel as part of an international chain. It is expected from the partner that the new facility will be a two- or three-star hotel, providing at least 90 rooms in a building with three to five flo
