Wola skyscraper project unveiled

According to what APA Wojciechowski wrote on its website, the 45-storey skyscraper’s architectural project was ordered by Spektrum Real, which is partly owned by Karimpol. The office and retail building’s gross area will amount to 94,000 sqm. Its useable area will reach 72,000 sqm and leasable area – 40,000 sqm. The building will have five underground floors, which will accommodate 443 cars in total. The underground levels will also house the building’s maintenance and technical rooms. As APA Wojciechowski architects tell ‘Eurobuild CEE,’ the skyscraper is to be built on a platform that will measure 9.5 to 16.5 metres and link the building with the project's second-phase tower. Skyliner’s structure was designed by Arbo, while Studio Profil was responsible for the designing its façade. Intec Projekt designed the building’s installations. Preliminary work has already started at the Wola plot. In September, ‘Eurobuild CEE’ reported that the developer fenced off the area from the public and started conducting ground work and building slurry walls. Warbud was assigned to construct the building’s diaphragm walls with the average depth of 33 metres. So far, Karimpol did not disclose any details on the project. The company says it will share more information in the next few months, when it receives a building permit for the above-ground part of the construction.
