At the Eurobuild Awards Gala 2014, held at the Warsaw Hilton hotel on December 4th, in the electronic public vote those present chose the winners in three categories: Best Architectural Design, the Outstanding Business Achievement of the Year and the Outstanding Non-Business Achievement of the Year.
For the best architectural project in Poland, the audience gathered in the hall (with over 750 people involved in the real estate market) chose the design of the Szczecin Philharmonic hall by the Barozzi Veiga Studio.
In the second category, the Outstanding Achievement Business of the Year in Central and Eastern Europe, the audience decided that the prize would go to Griffin Group, which began the reconstruction of the historic Hala Koszyki market hall in Warsaw.
The audience also decided that the biggest achievement of the year was the Fifth Real Estate Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament organised by JLL.
