Wrocław’s Green Day gets property manager

POLAND BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland's property management department has become the property manager for the six-storey Green Day office building in Wrocław.
Located at the junction of ul. Szczytnicka and ul. Wyszyńskiego, Green Day offers 16,000 sqm of leasable space and 224 parking spaces. As part of the agreement, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland will exclusively provide comprehensive property management services to the project’s owner, the GLL Real Estate Partners investment fund.
