NAI Estate Fellows to do more for GreenWings

POLAND Okre Development has extended the scope NAI Estate Fellows’ facility management contract for the GreenWings Offices building in Warsaw.
NAI Estate Fellows’ responsibilities have been extended to the management of leases and operational financial services, including issuing invoices on behalf of the owner, the indexation of contractual rates, the management of contractual sureties, budget preparation as well as budget execution reports with regard to revenues and operational costs as well as the annual settlement of operational costs.
