Erbud on winning streak

The contract is worth is app. PLN 52.8 mln and involves the construction of two residential buildings: ‘A’ and ‘’B. The construction of the ‘B’ building started around the end of March, while work on the ‘A’ building is to begin at the end of December 2016. The completion date falls 79 weeks from the date of the construction launch. Meanwhile, Portuguese investor Porto Office B has selected Erbud as the general contractor for the first, 5,500 sqm, office building within the Porto Office complex, which is being developed on ul. Zielińskiego in Kraków. Under the PLN 25.6 mln agreement, Erbud is to build an office facility with an underground car park as well as provide all the necessary installations: water and sewage, electrical, air-conditioning, heating, a lightning protection system, a transformer station and a heat distribution system for inside the building. The company will also be responsible for constructing the technical infrastructure: access roads, the redevelopment of the pavements, the installation of street sewer system, traffic lights etc. The work on the project should be completed by the end of March 2017. In addition, in a consortium with P.W. Ebud-Przemysłówka, Erbud has won the tender for the construction of a warehouse in Piła for a regional logistics base for the Polish Army. The ordering party is Military Infrastructure Management, which has commissioned the two companies to carry out the PLN 93.5 mln net project (PLN 115 mln gross). Erbud’s share in the contract is worth PLN 51.4 mln (55 pct). The warehouse with an office section will be used to store and maintain military property (including food, uniforms and weapons). Auxiliary infrastructure is to be built while certain elements of the existing infrastructure is to be upgraded. The developed area is to amount to 18,600 sqm and the total area will be 19,400 sqm. The construction work should be completed by the end of April 2017.
