Solec Residence topped off

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the investor Sawa Apartments, the general contractor Karmar and the Apar-Projekt architectural studio, which designed the project. “We are satisfied that we have topped off the Vistula riverside project on schedule. The leasing process is also progressing at the right pace. The project is already enjoying a great deal of interest from individual and institutional clients. This will be a luxury building that will be unique in many respects compared to other mixed-use apartment buildings in the capital city,” commented Marian Okręglicki, the president of Sawa Apartments. Solec Residence is scheduled for completion in Q1 2017. Its residential section will comprise luxury apartments and penthouses with areas ranging from 41 sqm to 270 sqm. It will also feature private swimming pools, a small golf course on the roof, a climbing wall, a fitness section and green areas on the roofs and terraces. A separate seven-storey office building, Solec Residence, is also to be built, including offices with areas ranging from 73 sqm to over 1,000 sqm. The company has revealed that negotiations over the leasing of two large office areas to two entities are nearing completion. The retail and service section will include hairdressing salons, a wedding dress store and a wine shop. Sawa Apartments has so far signed contracts concerning for total of app. 1,000 sqm of office as well as retail and service space in the facility. Negotiations for the lease or sale of another 1,800 sqm is currently in progress.
