SERBIA The app. USD 3 bln Belgrade Waterfront mixed-use regeneration scheme, which is currently being developed by Abu Dhabi-based investor Eagle Hills in Serbia’s capital city, is to include the luxury St. Regis Belgrade hotel.
Scheduled to open in 2019, the new hotel is set to be the second site operated by a Starwood chain within the complex. Last year, the hotel group informed that it would open a W-branded hotel, W Belgrade Hotel & Residences, there.The 125-room St. Regis Belgrade will be situated in Kula Belgrade, the highest tower and centerpiece of Belgrade Waterfront, where it will occupy the first nine floors.
