POLAND The construction of a new office building in Katowice is now in progress. Eiffage Polska Budownictwo (EPB), the general contractor of the Brema building, has now completed the foundation work.
The completion of the construction process is scheduled for Q1 2017. Brema is located on al. Roździeńskiego and will have seven floors with a total area of 11,700 sqm. Investment costs for the project come to PLN 45 mln. Several hundred controlled modulus columns have drilled and filled in since the launch of the work (in March this year) to reinforce the subsoil, while the foundations of the building have also been set.
