Hotel to open in former Pac Palace

Hotels
LITHUANIA The five-star Archer Mansion hotel is to open in Vilnius. This will be the first of the Design Hotels chain to open in Lithuania.
Archer is to open in early 2018 in the former palace of the Pac family at 7 Didžioji street in the city. It will include 105 rooms, five of which will be suites and 13 superior standard rooms. The hotel will include a restaurant, four conference halls, a sports club and a spa centre.

“By opening the Archer hotel we will be bringing the Pac palace complex back to life. Such a decision was made not only because of its location in the heart of the city and unique history. Guests will be able to enjoy all top class attractions of the hotel and experience the unique atmosphere of Vilnius,” claims Martin Egner, the head of the Design Hotels chain.

Blendas is the developer of the project. Reconstruction, renovation and construction work is being carried out. The building, which was completed in the 16th century, first belonged to the Ościkowicz family before being acquired by the Pac family. Its current form is the result of refurbishment commissioned by Michał Pac at the end of the 18th century. Guests of the palace have included Alexander I, Napoleon and Adam Mickiewicz. Design Hotels has two hotels in Poland: the H15 Boutique Hotel in Warsaw and Hotel Galery69 in Stawiguda in Masuria.
