LNK Centre changes hands

The preliminary purchase agreement was signed on July 4th 2018 with SIA LNK Properties and SIA FIN.LV and the purchase price is around EUR 17 mln, which represents a yield of around 6,5 pct.

The LNK Centre is a class A office building with a net leasable area of 7,455 sqm. The property is in the city’s Skanste business district and is fully leased to five tenants including IT company Exigen Services and real estate developer LNK Group who together occupy around 90 pct of the space. As part of the transaction LNK Group is to sign a lease renewal in the building with a term of ten years.
