First Royal Tulip in Europe to blossom in Warsaw
Hotelsschedule 24 May 2019
POLAND Royal Tulip hotel brand is entering Poland and Europe at the same time.
It will open its first five-star hotel in the Unique Tower complex which is under construction at ul. Grzybowska 51 in Warsaw's Wola district. The project is carried out by Marvipol Development. A franchise agreement was signed with the Louvre Hotels Group, the owner of the Royal Tulip brand. Royal Tulip Warsaw Apartments will comprise 448 apartment units ranging from 28 to 67 sqm. All of them will have a kitchenette, which is a response to the demand from long-term customers. Most apartments will have a loggia, a balcony or a winter garden. The entirety is to form a metropolitan complex with exclusive common parts and a unique programme corresponding to the needs of renting guests. They will be able to use the full infrastructure of the complex: the reception, the restaurant, the spa and fitness zone as well as the business centre. Sud Polska is responsible for the architectural design while the interior design is being created by the Tremend studio. The interior decorations of Royal Tulip Warsaw Apartments will be complemented by photos of young photographers. “We are convinced that a renowned and recognisable brand will attract tourists and businesspeople looking for comfortable apartments for short- and long-term stays,” comments Mariusz Poławski, a deputy CEO of Marvipol Development. According to the business model, apartment buyers will provide the operator with purchased and fully equipped apartments for management over a period of at least 10 years with a defined fixed rent of around 7 pct excluding the first three months of the contract and the so-called owners’ stays. Apart from the apartments for rent, there will also be a separate residential part in the Unique Tower. Premium standard units for permanent residents will be located from the 17th floor up. The Louvre Hotels Group has the following brands: Première Classe, Kyriad, Kyriad Direct, Campanile, Tulip Inn, Golden Tulip, Royal Tulip, Sarovar, Hôtels & Préférence and Metropolo. Louvre Hotels Group is a subsidiary of Jin Jiang International Holdings. As a result of the franchise agreement concluded in Warsaw the first hotel under the Royal Tulip brand in Europe will be launched in the five-star standard.
