Baltic Wave splashes onto the beach

POLAND Apartment sales have begun for the new Baltic Wave project in the coastal town of Kołobrzeg. The Baltic Wave hotel will comprise 468 condo units ranging from 29 sqm to 130 sqm.

The property is being constructed on a 0.67 ha plot in the centre of the town 200m from the beach. The construction of the fourteen-storey building with a useable area of 40,000 sqm started in September 2019 and it is expected to be completed in Q4 2021. The building will have a two-level underground car park, an infinity swimming pool, a spa and wellness zone and a conference centre. The design is by Piotr Płaskowicki & Partnerzy Architekci.
