MVGM has taken over the management of City One, the first stage of the City Forum office complex in Wrocław.
City One, which was officially opened in Q3 2019, is situated at the junction of ul. Traugutta and ul. Pułaskiego in the city centre. It comprises more than 12,000 sqm and has obtained LEED ‘Gold’ certification. Together with City Two, which is scheduled for completion later this year, it will form City Forum (app. 24,400 sqm). The developer of the project was Archicom, which sold the building to an undisclosed institutional investor at the end of May.
