Polska 7R sells to DWS

7R, a warehouse developer, and DWS, a global real estate manager, have closed a transaction for the transfer of ownership of 7R Park Poznań East II, a warehouse park with a gross leasable area of over 51,000 sqm.

DWS acted on behalf of one of its German institutional real estate funds. The purchased warehouse is fully leased. During the transaction process, the 7R was advised by the law firm Wolf Theiss.

The warehouse is located 7 kilometres from the centre of Poznań, in Franowo district. Distance to A2 motorway is 3.5 km. The vicinity of a residential area allows employees to reach the facility by public transport. 7R has also built an access road with a bicycle path, which has been connected to the city’s cycling paths. 7R Park Poznań East II has already been certified BREEAM at Very Good level.

Garbe has acquired a plot of land of around 100,000 sqm in Kabelsketal (Saxony-Anhalt, Germany). A logistics property with a total area of approx. 61,500 sqm is planned on the site. Garbe is investing around 76 mln euros in the project. Construction is scheduled to start in October.

MLP has plans and has outcome

The value of MLP group’s investment properties rose 31 pct, to more than PLN 4.4 bln (EUR 945 mln). Consolidated revenue improved 39 pct y-o-y, to PLN 279.1 mln (EUR 59.5 mln), driven by an increase in leased area combined with higher rental rates. Last year, MLP group earned PLN 422.4 mln (EUR 90.1 mln) in net profit.
