A further 15 buildings owned by Hillwood Polska have been awarded BREEAM In Use certification at the Excellent level. The accreditation now covers the company's entire portfolio.
Hillwood specialises in providing logistics, warehousing, industrial and dedicated e-commerce facilities. Globally, the company has developed more than 24 mln sqm of warehouse space, including more than 2.8 mln in Poland. The latest BREEAM certification covered 14 warehouse halls and one office building. The facilities are located in Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź and Szczecin, among others.
