CTP, in cooperation with Ruby Project Management, has received the highest level of the WELL certification for its project Domeq in Brno. It's the first residential investment in the country to meet the criteria.
The certification, awarded by the International WELL Building Institute pbc™, is a globally recognised standard for assessing the quality of indoor environments with respect to human health and well-being. Domeq 2 and 3 are the first residential buildings in the Czech Republic to meet the criteria of the highest Platinum level of WELL certification for air, water, nutrition, light, fitness, thermal and acoustic comfort, materials, mind and community.
