BIK Park Sosnowiec II has successfully passed the BREEAM certification at the Very Good level. Last year, BIK Park Wrocław I and II - two other properties from the portfolio of Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych - went through the same assessment process.
BIK was advised on the BREEAM certification by Cushman & Wakefield, the property manager for the building. The certification was conducted by WSP Polska, assisted by the local team of Logicenters.
BIK Park Sosnowiec II provides nearly 12,000 sqm of leasable space. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the interchange of the A4 motorway, which connects Rzeszów to Poland’s western border, and the S1 expressway which runs through Cieszyn to southern Europe.
