The Craft office building, developed by Ghelamco in Katowice, has obtained BREEAM certification with the rating of Outstanding.
BREEAM assesses, among others, the building’s quality, its friendliness to the natural environment, and comfort level of its users. The assessment is made at every stage of the project implementation process. The certificate for Craft has been awarded based on the BREEAM International New Construction 2016 scheme. The Ghelamco project has received a score of over 90 pct. The company was supported by Sweco Poland, which coordinated the certification process and also helped the developer obt
