Doraco has leased 1,000 sqm in Warsaw's Nowy Saski Crescent office building. The company will move into the building owned by CA Immo later this year.
Doraco belongs to the Hass Holding capital group. The company has 30 years of experience on the Polish general contracting market. Its portfolio includes such realisations as the modernisation of the Pogoń Szczecin stadium, the expansion of the Gdańsk airport and the redevelopment of the Port of Gdynia.
The lease transaction in the Saski Crescent building was brokered by the consultancy agency Wood Lark, while CA Immo was supported by CBRE.
