Poland Excellent Point in Łubna

The evaluation was based on the environmental friendliness of the buildings and the level of comfort provided to their occupants. The BREEAM certification also confirms that Good Point V achieves lower utility costs and that its operation is associated with reduced environmental impact. Hence, it helps create a comfortable and healthy workplace. During certification, Good Point V scored particularly high in categories related to project and construction process management, energy efficiency, water and sewage management, waste management or emission reduction solutions. Bremer was the general contractor for the project, and JWA advised on the certification process.

The Good Point V warehouse and production park is a complex that will ultimately consist of buildings with a total area of 30,000 sqm of space. Two buildings have been completed as part of the first phase of this project and have been commissioned for use. At the end of July 2024, Dr Irena Eris moved into Hall no. 1. In early August 2024, the space in Hall no. 4 was handed over to Sales Service. The entire complex is scheduled for completion in Q1 2025. This is when OEX Fulfilio, a company specializing in delivering logistics services for the e-commerce sector as well as loyalty programmes and POS materials, will move into the facility. The park is located in Łubna, which is well connected to Warsaw (via Puławska street) due to the proximity of state road no. 79 and an interchange in Góra Kalwaria.

Real Management is a development company established in 2002. The company’s business focuses on the manufacturing, industrial and residential property sectors. Since its inception, Real Management has completed commercial and residential projects totalling 265,000 sqm. These include the Bolero Office Park complex, the premium single-family housing estates Rezydencje Pałacowa and Rezydencje Chojnów, the Good Point logistics and industrial centres, and the Przyczółkowa Vis a Vis and Point.44 convenience parks.

In line with its strategic goals for the next four years, Real Management plans to develop a further 500,000 sqm of modern logistics and industrial space under the Good Point brand and 44,000 sqm of residential space in Warsaw as part of the Neo Natolin premium single-family housing development. Real Management is a member of the Polish Association of Developers.
