Poland Segro becomes still greener

The company aims to achieve a minimum certification of BREEAM In-Use for all its buildings by 2027.

Our actions align with the direction set out by the BRE organisation. With our completion of the first phase, we can now begin preparations for the next phase of the project, to be completed 2026, which is to cover another 17 buildings. It's worth pointing out that the certification is valid for three years, and we expect the requirements to be updated, so we are going to have to keep our finger on the pulse and commit to further modernisations.

Segro has implemented solutions to reduce energy consumption, improve sustainable material management and ensure air and water purity, as well as user comfort. Segro paid particular attention to water conservation, including the installation of water-efficient fixtures and appliances, rainwater collection, and the introduction of smart metering.
