A PPA is a long-term, direct contract between an energy producer and a buyer, guaranteeing fixed prices and direct energy origin. A key aspect of the PPA with Unimot, an independent fuel and energy group, is the use of renewable energy sources – wind and photovoltaic farms located in Poland – at the Signum Work Station. The total amount of electricity supplied during the contract period will exceed 12 gigawatt-hours.

Direct access to renewable energy from traceable renewable energy sources is one of the key factors building the competitiveness of modern office projects today. For our tenants, this means not only predictable and lower energy costs, but also measurable support in achieving their ESG goals. A PPA gives them the assurance that they are truly using green energy, which strengthens the credibility of reporting and stakeholder trust. This solution increases the attractiveness of the building today and secures its long-term value.

The process of preparing the PPA for Signum Work Station and negotiating the terms of the agreement was coordinated by experts from Westbridge Advisory Poland, energy and sustainable development advisors for the real estate industry.

Signum Work Station is located on ul. Domaniewska in Warsaw's Mokotów business district. The office building offers over 32,400 sqm (including floor areas of 4,600 sqm) and 870 parking spaces. The building holds BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification and is currently undergoing further certification processes.

The property was acquired by DRFG in December 2024. The building is currently owned by CREIF and DRFG Investment Group through DRFG Assets. TriGranit, a subsidiary of DRFG Investment Group, is responsible for its commercialisation and comprehensive management.
