POLAND Olsztyn office of the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) has chosen a consortium of Budimex (a 95 pct share) and Ferrovial Agroman (a 5 pct share) to construct the Miłomłyn-Olsztynek section of the S7 expressway and the Ostróda North – Ostróda South subsection of the S7 road, including the Ostróda ring road along the national road no. 16.

HUNGARY Goodman has signed a new 7,700 sqm lease agreement with the Belgium-based automotive parts supplier Bosal for warehouse space in Goodman Kecskemét Logistics Center in central Hungary. With the latest deal, the real estate group’s local warehouse portfolio remain 100 pct leased.

The Timba range of office furniture designed for team work, including tables, chairs and stools, is the work of London-based studio Pearson Lloyd for Austrian company Bene.
