Moscow warehouse vacancies close to crisis levels
RUSSIA The vacancy rate for the Moscow region’s warehouse market rose to 11.2 pct by the end of Q2. The number is only marginally lower than the level registered in 2009, when it reached 11.6 pct, according to a JLL report.

The buyer is a joint venture between two investment vehicles managed by the Polish fund manager REINO, REINO Dywidenda 2 FIZ and REINO Dywidenda, and a fund managed by the CEE fund manager Bluehouse Capital.
