Wikana sells land for Aria Park estate
POLAND Lublin-based developer Wikana has sold two properties on ul. Koncertowa in Lublin. A new residential estate under the name of Aria Park, which would include 200 apartments in five-storey buildings, was to have been constructed on the 1.5 ha plot. The name of the buyer has not been disclosed.

ROMANIA Israeli-financed CEE shopping center developer Plaza Centers is selling its 41,000 sqm land plot in the Romanian city of Hunedoara to an undisclosed buyer for EUR 1.2 mln.
