Panattoni has completed Panattoni Park Kraków West I, a BTS-prepared space for the biotech company SyVento BioTech. The park in Skawina za Górą has been fully leased. The space is also being used by representatives of the retail, electronics and logistics industries.

Okam has presented a concept for the development of the former FSO plant site in Warsaw's Żerań. Created in cooperation with the city and the WXCA architectural studio, the masterplan envisages the creation of 12,000 flats as well as a new 10-ha park.
