Poland Vesta stays in Prologis Park Błonie
Vesta Polska has decided to extend its lease agreement at Prologis Park Błonie and has also leased an additional 4,300 sqm. The company providing logistics services will occupy a total of 11,500 sqm.

The City of Helsinki, Finland, has launched a tender competition to sell the Old Customs House in Katajanokka harbour area for redevelopment. The goal of the competition is to find a technically and economically feasible and architecturally outstanding solution for redeveloping the building.

Romania Equilibrium 1 announces a new tenant
The European online travel agency FlyGo is relocating its Bucharest offices to Equilibrium 1, the first building of the Equilibrium complex developed by Skanska in the Northern area of the capital. With over 15 years of experience in Europe, the company offers its customers low-cost and regular flights.

Polska 7R Park Poznań West fills up
7R has leased nearly 8,200 sqm in the 7R Park Poznań West complex, located in Tarnow Podgórny. The tenant is Poltrakt, a company offering transport and logistics services.

Slovakia New office for Flaga in Bratislava
Flaga, a liquid gas supplier operating in Slovakia, will move into a new office in May 2023. The company has leased 300 sqm in Westend Square in Bratislava.

Poland Close to the port, on the way to Ukraine
International company A&T Group has decided to open its first distribution centre in Poland. The customs warehouse with the controlled temperature will be located in the logistics park Gdańsk-Kowale Distribution Centre. The tenant will take up nearly 4,000 sqm to develop a division related to the supply of medicines, medical devices, and dietary supplements to the CEE region.

Romania One Lake District with a building permit
One United Properties, the investor and developer of residential, mixed-use, and office real estate in Romania, has obtained the building permit for One Lake District, a large-scale sustainable residential development with 2,076 apartments, located on the shores of Lake Plumbuita.

Panattoni with a bigger office in Silesia
Panattoni has moved its regional branch to new offices on the 27th floor of the .KTW II office building in Katowice. The company took up 900 sqm of space created by the Panattoni Office Project Manager with the help from the Massive Design architectural studio.

Czech Republic Bosal moves to Ústí nad Labem
Dutch company Bosal has leased around 10,000 sqm of warehouse and production space at VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City in north-western Czech Republic. The technology park will emerge from a brownfield site near the city centre on the location of the former Avirunion glassworks.

Poland Infinity at your service
More companies are joining the group of tenants in the Wrocław office building Infinity, developed by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with its business partner Alchemy Properties. Thus, the retail and service area, located on the ground floor of Infinity, is almost fully leased.

Poland Interpierre buys Bolero
Real Management has closed the sale of the modern office and technology building Bolero Office Point 2, located at ul. Równoległa 4 in Warsaw. The building has been acquired by Interpierre Europe Centrale managed by PAREF Gestion.

Poland .Ktw II is excellent
.Ktw II office building, developed by TDJ Estate, has been certified BREEAM at the Excellent level. The document is the final assessment of the investment's environmental impact. The building achieved a score of 80.6 pct.

Polska Livos debuts, Catella is moving out
With the acquisition of 63 residential units in Warsaw's Zlota 44 residential tower, German corporate group Livos has made its debut on the Polish real estate market. The seller, Catella Residential Investment Management, has thus withdrawn from the Polish market.

A consortium of four banks has granted HB Reavis a EUR 475 mln loan to refinance its Varso Place development in the centre of Warsaw – the largest transaction of its kind in the history of the Polish real estate market.

Poland MLP increases occupancy rates
Last year MLP Group recorded very good results as regards contracts signed with tenants. During the period, the developer of modern logistics facilities leased in approx. 240,000 sqm of space. The largest number of contracts were signed at the MLP Pruszków II park near Warsaw and MLP Poznań West. This year the level of commercialisation is planned to go up by about 20 pct.
