Karuzela Holding, together with its Belgian partner Mitiska REIM, plans to open six more joint developments between 2024 and 25. The new projects will bring the joint portfolio to 160,000 sqm of retail space.

Poland Alior lends for the second time
Panattoni has received its second loan in quick succession from Alior Bank. This time, the developer was granted financing of almost EUR 6.5 mln to build a BTS project for Air Spiralo, manufacturer of ventilation systems.

Poland Polenergia moves into Lakeside
Polenergia Fotowoltaika, Polenergia Sprzedaż and Polenergia eMobility will join the group of tenants of Lakeside, an office building in Warsaw's Mokotów district. The companies will lease a total of around 3,500 sqm in the building owned by Atenor.

As previously announced, Cavatina has purchased a site located in the centre of Warsaw at ul. Chmielna 75. The transaction amounts to more than PLN 145 mln. The group intends to develop a mixed-use project in this location, with a predominantly residential function.

Latvia Six Sunly solar parks in Latvia
Estonian renewable energy company and independent energy producer Sunly is planning to build six solar parks in Latvia with a total capacity of 52 MW. The construction is financed by Swedbank with EUR 22 mln. This is Swedbank’s biggest contribution to the solar park sector in Latvia.
