How do you assess the current situation on the real estate market? In the long term, the market’s condition is set to be very good. It has stable foundations for further development, as a result of both the prospects of our economy and its potential, as well as the demand for residential and commercial construction. In the short term, however, the market is under pressure. This is due to, among other things, high interest rates, inflation, as well as uncertainty caused by the war in Ukrai
