Following the announcement of Simon Durkin as the new CEO for ULI Europe, we caught up with him to find out what he envisions for the organisation.
Does your appointment represent a new chapter for ULI in Europe or will your tenure be more of a continuation?
I wouldn’t say it’s a new chapter for ULI; our mission remains the same to continue to enhance our member value proposition, continue our contribution and relevance to industry decision-making and support the built environment at a time of significant change. My appointment is more of an evolution than a new chapter. I hope I can bring something different to the leadership of ULI E
