RUSSIA The investment costs for the development of New Moscow are expected to exceed RUB 7 tln (EUR 20 bln) by 2035, according to Vladimir Zhidkin the head of Moscow’s department for the Development of New Territories, who participated in the Russian Investment and Building Forum in Moscow earlier this week.
