POLAND Decathlon and 4F stores are to open in the Atrium Koszalin shopping centre. The owner of the mall – Atrium European Real Estate – has signed contracts with the new tenants for 1,600 sqm and 100 sqm respectively.
POLAND Home&You and Orsay have prolonged their leases in the Arena retail park in Gliwice. The interior design store and the clothing shop occupy a combined area of 426 sqm in the central part of the mall.

POLAND Hochtief Development Poland has chosen the name EC Powiśle for its office, residential and service complex, which is being created out of a redevelopment of the Elektrociepłownia Powiśle heat and power station in Warsaw.

POLAND Forbis Group has prepared a new interior design concept for the Infigo chain of lingerie boutiques. The first shop with the new design has already been opened in Galeria Bursztynowa in Ostrołęka.
RUSSIA The Nikolskaya hotel in Moscow has officially been included under the management of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, changing the name to St. Regis Moscow Hotel Nikolskaya.

ROMANIA Telus International Europe, a customer services and business process outsourcing company, has signed a five-year lease deal for 6,000 sqm of space in AFI Park 3, filling the Bucharest office building up completely.
Warehouse & industrial
ROMANIA In H1 2014, Romanian total leasing activity for logistics and industrial space has hit 230,000 sqm, a 46 pct y-o-y increase, as the country’s logistics operators remained very active, heavily investing in their infrastructure and storage capacity, says CBRE.
RUSSIA In H1 2014, the St Petersburg quality hotel market saw a 30-pct growth in ADR (up to RUB 4,600) and a 24-pct surgge in RevPar (up to RUB 2,253), compared to H1 2013, according to the latest report by JLL.
RUSSIA Danone’s logistics provider in Russia, Norbert Dentressangle Logistics, has leased almost 12,000 sqm in A Plus Park Shushary near St Petersburg.

POLAND A shopping centre project by RED – Real Estate Development in Poznań under the name of Galeria Dębiec has now reached the shell stage.

POLAND In the first half of the year Ronson sold 416 units – a 41-pct y-o-y increase. By the end of the year the company expects to hand over 200 more apartments to buyers and increase the speed of sales to reaches a level of app. 650 contracts signed.
