POLAND The mayor of Gdynia Wojciech Szczurek has signed a letter of intent for the first phase of the large-scale Port Rybacki development with Wojciech Papierak and Krzysztof Rychlicki, respectively the CEOs of Polski Holding Nieruchomości and subsidiary Dalmor, the developer of the project.
